Before you can start the configuration of the strategic reporting extracts, the Gateway needs to be enabled by TPP and a user configured with the correct permissions to access the strategic reporting extracts. It’s recommended that a Cauldicott guardian account is used to enable the extract user and grant the Download Strategic Reporting Extracts access rights (within the users settings click on the data gathering tab - tick download strategic reporting). The member of staff will need to be logged into the Gateway mode 24/7 with the exception of rebooting the PC. There’s no reason why the user should not always log on in Gateway mode. |
