Configure Extract Tables And Fields
Click on Setup
Click on Users & Policy
Click on Strategic Reporting Download Configurations
Strategic Reporting : Select Informatica (NACS CODE) from the drop-down box if there are more than one configured/available.
Click New to create a new extract report (Amend can be used to edit and existing report)

Note, As mentioned above, the TPP Gateway must be running during the reporting period, which is from 9pm to 10.30am This can vary depending on the extract job finish time. Friday evenings are apparently special in terms of generating full extracts, it’s not always possible to create a new extract and have it run a full extract before the subsequent Friday however this requires more testing by development to be sure. |

Running The Skyline Desktop Connector In Gateway Mode On The Gateway PC

The user with Strategic Reporting access in TPP will also be granted Gateway access within Skyline. The user will be responsible for logging into Skyline on the Gateway PC and selecting the Practice Gateway Organisation off the list. When the Skyline Desktop Connector is in Gateway mode it’s responsible for uploading the daily extracted data from the C:\Programdata\Informatica\Data Extracts folder on the Gateway PC into Skyline. Please see TPP - Running The Skyline Desktop Connector In Gateway Mode On The Gateway PC Note, the user can also log into the Skyline Desktop Connector on a different PC and select the standard practice organisation. |
