Request That TPP Enable The New Organisation Group

The practice must email

  • Provide the following information:-

    • Subject: Practice NACS CODE - Request for New Organisation to be enabled

    • Body of email:-

      • Practice NACS code

      • Name of the new Organisation Group : Informatica (NACS CODE)

      • Request that strategic reporting is enabled for the new Organisation group

Note, TPP will email you confirming that the Organisation Group as been activated and advise on the date when the bulk data will be extracted.

  • On the a day AFTER the extract date advised by TPP, on :-

    • On the Gateway PC browse to:- C:\Programdata\Informatica\Data Extracts

    • Check to see if data files are listed in the Data Extracts folder

    • Email Support@ishealth.co.uk once TPP have activated Informatica (NACS CODE) and files are listed in the Data Extracts folder

Note, this section is not NOT needed until Informatica notify you that your practice are ready to go live on Skyline. A link An email will be sent advising how to download and install the Desktop Connector will be made available for you to install.

Note

The user with Strategic Reporting access in TPP will also be granted Gateway access within Skyline. The user will be responsible for logging into Skyline on the Gateway PC and selecting the Practice Gateway Organisation off the list. When the Skyline Desktop Connector is in Gateway mode it’s responsible for uploading the daily extracted data from the C:\Programdata\Informatica\Data Extracts folder on the Gateway PC into Skyline. Please see TPP - Running The Skyline Desktop Connector In Gateway Mode On The Gateway PC

Note, the user can also log into the Skyline Desktop Connector on a different PC and select the standard practice organisation so the Skyline calculators are available.
