It is the CCG / PHD responsibility to manage the users granted access to CCG Skyline. Below are the forms needed to submit a Skyline User Request and a Skyline Deactivations Request for when staff leave. |
For ALL new CCG Skyline users and deactivations a form must be submitted.
The CCG / PHD can request a current list of active CCG / PHD Skyline users by emailing Support@ishealth.co.uk and requesting this.
