Login into the Skyline web browser application https://skyline.w3.prod-gb-eng.skylinehq.co.uk/login
In the left hand menu, click on the + under Dashboards i.e +Health Checks
Click on the individual Dashboards to see the CCG / PHD practice figures
Each measure name will display a breakdown of the individual practices figures
