Within the Skyline cohorts you can filter on the columns. You can also hide columns from the view.

Using The Filter Option

  • Within the cohort click on Filters in the top right corner

  • The Filter box will be displayed as shown below

  • You can filter on :-

    • Patients name - type in a patients name

    • Age - use the To and From boxes to create an age range

    • Include / exclude

    • Sex - Male, Female or Unknown

    • Invite - use the dropdown to select

    Reset All will remote all applied filtersany columns within the cohort, for example, patients aged 50 - 74 and due a 1st invite High Risk

    • Set the Age from/to - 50 and 74

    • In the 1st invite high risk patients box type needed

    • Click apply

This will list ALL eligible patients due a 1st invite High Risk

Saving A Filter View

You may want to save filters which you often, to save the filter

  • Click on the star icon in the top right menu

  • Give the filter a name (currently max 15 characters)

  • Click on Apply

On the left hand side, under shortcuts you’ll see your saved filters

Deleting A Saved Filter

NOTE: Clicking on the green star when the filter is loaded will delete this

Hiding Columns In A View

  • Click on the cog in the top right corner of the patient list

  • Deselect any columns you don’t want see

  • Click on Apply
