Downloading the Desktop Connector

Note: The Desktop Connector installation is linked to your individual Windows login profile on the PC and not all users. If you use different PCs within the practice you’ll need to install the Desktop Connector on each PC the first time you login. The reason for the installation being linked to a users profile rather than shared for all users is that no local admin rights are needed to install or upgrade the Desktop Connector. |

To download click on Desktop Connector

The Setup.exe file will download into the downloads folder - click Save
Click on the Setup.exe to run the installation
A ‘Verifying Application’ box will open followed by the install box below

The Desktop Connector will now download
Once the Desktop Connector has installed you’ll be presented with a Skyline Login box and can login using your credentials

Note: You will have a Skyline Desktop Connector icon on your desktop and a connector icon in the right hand system tray as shown below. The desktop connector will automatically start when your PC boots up. The only time you’ll need to use the desktop icon is if you exit the connector in the system tray. |
