ICB /PHD Skyline Dashboards

Within Skyline CCGs are able to monitor and report on their practices performance using dashboards.

The ICB / PHD user will need to submit a Skyline User Request form before they can be setup as an Analyst within Skyline. Note, ICB / PHD staff viewing practice figures do NOT need to install the Skyline Desktop Connector as dashboards are only available in the Skyline Web browser application.

Viewing ICB / PHD Health Checks Dashboards

Login into the Skyline web browser application https://skyline.w3.prod-gb-eng.skylinehq.co.uk/login
In the left hand menu, under Dashboards, click on the + next to Health Checks
- Click on the individual Dashboards to see the ICB / PHD practice figures
- Each measure name will display a breakdown of the individual practices figures, for example:-
  - Latest Activity - Current Years Figures
  - Activity Over Time - Current and Previous Years Figures

Note, dashboard denominator figures will vary depending on the actual measure.

How To Filter On A Health Checks Previous Years Figures

Select the dashboard you want to see figures on
Click on the Controls section (top of dashboard output)
- Click on Health Checks Year
- Select the year from the dropdown box
- You can also drill down to practice level using the instructions below

How To Filter On A Single or Multiple Practices Within A Dashboard

Select the dashboard you want to filter on
Click on the Controls section (top of dashboard output)
- Click on All Practices
- Click into the empty white box under All
- Type the ODS code of the practice to filter
  - For more than 1 practice hold down the Shift Key and Press Return (cursor moves onto next blank line)
  - Type in the ODS code and repeat above until you have your practices listed
- When the list is complete press Return

Always remember to RESET the view once you’ve finished - In the Controls box, click on the 3 vertical dots and Reset

Exporting the Dashboard Results

Within the chosen Dashboard click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner of the box (menu options)
Click on Export To Excel
Select the location to save the excel document and change the name if required
Click on Save
