How To Reset Your Skyline User Password

If you’ve already activated your Skyline user account you can request a password reset as per the instructions below; however if your ‘Welcome To Skyline’ activation email has expired please email Support@ishealth.co.uk and request your activation email is reset.

Password Requirements

Your password must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum Length: 8

  • At least one Lowercase Character

  • At least one Uppercase Character

  • At least one Number

  • At least one Symbol

It is recommended that you consider using Three random words

Resetting Your Skyline User Password

  • Click on ‘Forgot Password?’

  • Type in your email address linked to your Skyline user account (MUST BE LOWERCASE)

  • Click on ‘Reset Password’

  • An Email will be sent to your email address within the next hour which includes a reset code. Note the email may go into your junk folder, please check this folder before contacting support for a non delivery of the reset email.

  • Populate the boxes to reset your password (code is in the reset email)
