How To Hide / Unhide Cues

Within Skyline a clinician can hide / unhide cues for patients if they feel there’s a valid reason.

Note, the hide ques will only apply to the individual clinician setting this on their login and NOT at practice level; other clinicians will continue to see the cues unless they also hide these.

How To Hide Cues

  • Log in the Skyline Desktop connector

  • If the Desktop connector is hidden

    • Click on the ^ (hidden icons) in the bottom right system tray

    • Right click the Skyline icon

    • Click login and log into Skyline (if login is greyed out you’re already logged in)

  • Open the patient in the clinical system - if a patient has cues the Desktop Connector will pop up

  • Click on Ignore next to the cue to hide

    • Click on the dropdown under reason - select a reason

    • Add a comment

    • Click Submit

  • The cue will now be hidden for the patient

How To Unhide Cues

  • Log in the Skyline Desktop connector

  • Open the patient in the clinical system - if a patient has cues the Desktop Connector will pop up

  • If the patient has no cues or they are hidden:-

    • Click on the ^ (hidden icons) in the bottom right Windows system tray

    • Right click the Skyline icon

    • Click on show cues - the Desktop Connector will pop up

  • Tick the box Show Ignored Cues

  • Click on Show next to the cue to restore

    • Click on the dropdown under reason - select a reason

    • Add a comment

    • Click Submit

  • The cue will now be displayed for the patient
