TPP - Skyline Go Live Practice Checklist

Below is a checklist for TPP practices to follow for Skyline onboarding

Stage 1

  • Email from Informatica with link to Skyline User Request and how to configure Strategic reporting for Skyline extracts

  • Submit Skyline User Request forms for users

  • Users signed up for Skyline will receive an email from Informatica regarding activating their login on the Organisation Support Desk portal (can be used to log Skyline support cases once live)

  • Users activate their login on the Informatica Organisation Helpdesk

  • Configure the Strategic Reporting extract for Skyline Extracts on the PC acting as Gateway

  • Email TPP and CC Support@ishealth.co.uk requesting that the new Organisation Informatica (NACS CODE) is activated (this acts as a confirmation to Informatica that the Skyline extract has been configured)

  • PC acting as Gateway must be logged into TPP 24/7 for the extracts to run

  • Look out for an email from TPP confirming that the new Organisation Group Informatica (NACS CODE) has been activated and data will be available on X date

  • After X date, on the PC acting as Gateway, check the C:\Programdata\Informatica\Data Extracts folder - are files listed in the folder? 

  • Email Support@ishealth.co.uk and advise if files are listed OK or not

  • Training videos on Skyline received and training disseminated internally 

Wait for Informatica to contact you regarding Skyline go live. 

Stage 2

  • Email from Informatica advising the Strategic Reporting user on Skyline go live, including instructions on Skyline User Activation and Desktop Connector installation

  • Strategic Reporting user activates their Skyline user account

  • Strategic Reporting user Installs the Skyline Desktop Connector on the PC acting as Gateway

  • Strategic Reporting user logs into Skyline on the PC acting as Gateway and selects the organisation Practice Name gateway

  • PC acting as Gateway needs to be logged into TPP 24/7 and the Skyline Desktop Connector logged in with organisation Practice Name (gateway) 24/7

Wait for Informatica to check that data has been received in Skyline

  • Email from Informatica to all staff signed up for Skyline advising on Skyline go live, including instructions on Skyline User Activation and Desktop Connector installation

  • All users activate their Skyline user accounts

  • All users install the desktop connector 

  • Skyline is now live
