Criteria To Be Listed In The Cohort
Bear in mind, this is ‘possible' incomplete Health Checks, we can't be 100% sure but if the patients listed they will be in the Eligible Patients cohort.
The Possible Incomplete Health Check cohort looks for patients that meet the following criteria:-
No Health Check recorded this year
Eligible for a Health CheckThey
have a No Health Check invitation recorded and a Cholesterol ratio recorded on the same day or after the date if the invitation or they recorded this year
They have a cholesterol code in the last 6 months, and a BMI in the last 6 months, and Smoking status recorded in the last 6 months and Alcohol consumption recorded in the last 6 months.
