As your practice are no longer using Skyline it’s important that you decommission the Informatica Reporting to prevent any new extracts running in TPP.

Note: If you experience any problems whilst following the instructions bellow please contact Informatica Support and provide as much information as possible including your practice NACS code.
The decommissioning of the Informatica Reporting will need to be completed by a person with Strategic Reporting access in TPP.
The task will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete
Deleting the Informatica Reporting Scheduled Job
Click on Setup
Click on Users & Policy
Click on Scheduled Jobs
Before deleting the scheduled job please check it’s the right one for Skyline:-
Look for the scheduled job which runs at 23:00
Click on the pencil icon on the right hand side of the scheduled job
Under Configurations to download you should see Informatica Reporting
If this is correct for your practice click on OK. If this is not the Informatica Reporting job please check the other schedule job entries.
Click on the red X to delete Informatica Reporting scheduled job
The scheduled job for Skyline extracts has now been removed
Archiving the Informatica Reporting
Click on Setup
Click on Users & Policy
Click on Strategic Reporting Download Configurations
Strategic Reporting : Select Informatica (NACS CODE) from the drop-down box if there are more than one configured/available.
Click on the Informatica Reporting line
A similar box to below will appear
Click on Archive (above the strategic reporting group)
Informatica Reporting has now been removed
Check all extracts have been deleted off the gateway PC / PC holding the data
On the Gateway PC / PC holding the Skyline extracts:-
In File Explorer browse to:- C:\Programdata
Note, if Programdata is not listed:-
Click View in the top menu
Tick hidden items
Right Click Informatica
Click on delete
Confirm to delete
Any remaining Skyline extracts have now been deleted
