If you’ve already activated your Skyline user account you can request a password reset as per the instructions below; however if your ‘Welcome To Skyline’ activation email has expired please email Support@ishealth.co.uk and request your activation email is reset.
Resetting Your Skyline User Password
Please click on the link :- https://skyline.w3.prod-gb-eng.skylinehq.co.uk/login
Click on ‘Forgot Password?’
Type in your email address linked to your Skyline user account (lowercase)
Click on ‘Reset Password’
An Email will be sent to your email address within the next hour which includes a reset code. Note the email may go into your junk folder, please check this folder before contacting support for a non delivery of the reset email.
Populate the boxes to reset your password (code is in the reset email)
