Practices often ask why a patients not eligible for a Health Check; the ineligible patients cohort lists all patients aged between 40-74 who are not eligible for a Health Check and lists the reasons why.
How To Find The Patient In The List
Click on the Ineligible Patients cohort
In the top right click on Filters
Populate data in a field - First Name and Surname
Click on Apply
The patient should be listed
Use the bottom scroll bar to move across the page and check the reason why the patients not eligible
