Emis - Skyline Go Live Practice Checklist
Below is a checklist for Emis practices to follow for Skyline onboarding
The following Internet browsers are supported in SKYLINE : Microsoft Edge and Chrome (not Internet Explorer). If you don't have Chrome or MS Edge available on your PCs within the practice please contact your local IT and request that the browser is installed and set as default in advance of Skyline going live.
Stage 1
Email from Informatica with link to Skyline User Request
Submit Skyline User Request forms for users - the Emis username is VERY important
Users signed up for Skyline will receive an email from Informatica regarding activating their login on the Organisation Support Desk portal (can be used to log Skyline support cases once live)
Users activate their login on the Informatica Organisation Helpdesk
Email from Emis and / or Informatica regarding activating the DSA and EMAS Manager
Activate the DSA and EMAS Manager as per the instructions
Email Support@ishealth.co.uk and advise that the DSA and EMAS Manager have been activated
Training videos on Skyline received and training disseminated internally
Wait for Informatica to contact you regarding Skyline go live.
Stage 2
Email from Informatica to all staff signed up for Skyline advising on Skyline go live, including instructions on Skyline User Activation
All users activate their Skyline user accounts
Skyline is now live
