Aug 9, 2024 | 2nd and 3rd invites are not showing in the eligible cohort when SMS, verbal and telephone SNOMED code used more than once | With letters there’s a 1st, 2nd and 3rd HC invite but with SMS text, verbal and telephone there’s just the 1 SNOMED code. If this is used for the 1st invite and then used again for the 2nd and 3rd, it only picked up in the 1st invite (expects a different code for 2nd and 3rd invite). NO WORKAROUND however practices are paid on the 1st invite which is met. | This is currently under investigation |
