How To Reset Your Skyline User Password
If you’ve already activated your Skyline user account please follow 'Resetting Your Skyline User Password below.
If your ‘Welcome To Skyline’ activation email has expired please email Support@ishealth.co.uk and request your activation email is reset.
Resetting Your Skyline User Password
PLEASE NOTE : currently you CANNOT reset your Skyline password in the Skyline Desktop Connector, this has to be completed in the Skyline web browser link below.
Click on the URL : https://skyline.w3.prod-gb-eng.skylinehq.co.uk/login
You will be presented with the ‘Skyline’ login box as shown below
Click on ‘Forgot Password?’ below the green Login box
You will be presented with the ‘Forgot Password’ box as shown below
Username : Type in your email address linked to your Skyline account (MUST BE LOWERCASE)
Click on ‘Reset Password’
You will be presented with the ‘Set New Password’ box as shown below
An Email will be sent to your email address within the next hour which includes a reset code. Note, the email may go into your junk folder in error, please check this folder before contacting support for a non delivery of the reset email.
Copy the code from within the email and paste this into the Code box
Type in a password you want to use for Skyline. If you’re unsure what characters are needed for a valid password, please see ‘Password Requirements’ below.
Confirm the password
Click on ‘Change Password’
If the password reset is successful, you’ll see a green ‘Your password is updated’ in the top right corner of the screen as shown below
You should now be able to log into the Skyline Desktop Connector or web browser using your email address (lowercase) and the new password you’ve just set.
Password Requirements
Your password must meet the following requirements:
Minimum Length: 8
At least one Lowercase Character
At least one Uppercase Character
At least one Number
At least one Symbol
