Guidance

Did the 'Desktop Connector' installation complete successfully?

Did the Cue Card for the correct patient display when a patient was loaded in the principle clinical System?

When you open a patient record in your Principal Clinical System a cue card should open for the same patient if that patient is listed in a cohort.

Accuracy

A Cue Card should list all cohorts the patient is in.

A Cohort should include all patients that meet the criteria of the cohort.

A Dashboard should show statistics on cohort data

Usefulness

This is a subjective measure but please be as honest and objective as possible. If you score it low please explain comments.

When a calculator was raised for a patient did it contain the correct patient details

A Calculator should show the correct patient details and any codes/symptoms that were used to generate the risk score.

When a calculator was completed for a patient were the relevant clinical codes added to the patient record in the principal clinical system

You should see a message confirming the codes were recorded.

You should also check the clinical record to confirm the codes were correctly recorded.
