  • Check that the Informatica server is switched on and logged on the network

    • If the server was switched off, switch this on, log it back onto the network and check client PCs again

  • Check that the Informatica server has network and Internet access

    • No Internet access, please try rebooting the server

    • If there’s still no Internet access after a reboot please refer to your local IT

  • Can you log into Informatica on the Informatica server OK?

    • If you can log into Informatica on the server but not client PCs and the server has Internet access, this is a Windows Firewall issue which needs to be referred . On the Informatica server, port 3306 needs adding to the firewall; please refer to your local IT

    • If you’re unable to log into Informatica on the Informatica server please email Support@ISHealth.co.uk as this needs investigating further by a member of the Informatica Support team
