SQL Error: Database server on (Informatica server name) not available
Is the error message generated on just 1 PC ? If yes then please check the PC has network and Internet access.
If all client PCs are displaying the SQL error: Database server not available-
Check that the Informatica server is switched on and logged on the network
Check that the Informatica server has network and Internet access - no Internet access, please try rebooting the server. If there’s still no Internet access after a reboot please refer to your local IT
If the Informatica server has Internet access, can you log into Informatica on the Informatica server OK but not client PCs? If yes then this is a Windows Firewall issue which needs to be referred to your local IT
