Practice - Reviewing Pending Community Health Checks Data

If a practice has a Community Provider completing invites, recalls and Health Checks, they are responsible for posting the submitted SMOMED codes into their Primary Clinical System.

Logging into Skyline

NOTE: Only a Clinician role can post SNOMED codes added by the Community Providers listed in Pending Data.

  • Log into the Skyline Desktop Connector as a Clinician

  • If the Desktop connector is hidden

    • Click on the ^ (hidden icons) in the bottom right system tray

    • Right click the Skyline icon

    • Click login and log into Skyline (if login is greyed out you’re already logged in)

    • Click on show cues

    • Launch the web interface via the open browser application option in the Desktop Connector

Reviewing and Posting Pending Community Provider Data

  • Click on Pending Data in the top Skyline menu

Pending patient interactions will be listed, please see the example below

  • Click on View Codes to see what SNOMED codes have been submitted for the patient

  • Happy with the data submitted by the Community Provider

    • Highlight the patient

    • Click on Action in the top right corner

    • Click on Add To Record

    • Click on Confirm

    • A confirmation message will be displayed once the data has been saved into the clinical syste

       

    • Complete the above tasks to check the remaining patients

  • Not happy with the data submitted by the Community Provider

    • Highlight the patient

    • Click on Action in the top right corner

    • Click on Delete Codes

    • By clicking on Delete, the patient will be removed from the list
