Viewing Health Checks - Onboarding Cohorts / Dashboards

As part of the migration to Skyline your practices Health Checks cohorts and dashboards will be made available on the web browser for viewing only. Note, at this stage Skyline Health Checks is not live. The list is provided as a data quality check; we recommend that a member of staff completes a comparison with iCAP.

How To Accessing The Health Checks Onboarding Cohort

• Log into the Skyline Desktop Connector

• If the Desktop connector is hidden

  • Click on the ^ (hidden icons) in the bottom right system tray

  • Right click the Skyline icon

  • Click login and log into Skyline (if login is greyed out you’re already logged in)

  • Click on show cues

• Click on the Open Browser Application - Skyline will open in a web browser

• Click on the Health Checks - Onboarding box or Health Checks - Onboarding in the top menu

  • Under dashboards - click on the + next to Health Checks

    • Compare figures against iCAP

  • Under cohorts - click on the + next to Health Checks

    • Compare lists against iCAP

Please contact Support@ishealth.co.uk and log a case if you believe there are discrepancies. Note, examples of patients / figures will be needed for investigation purposes but please do not include PID in the email.
