How To Submit An ADR Report

In order for Informatica Support to investigate a query you’ve raised we may ask for an ADR report on a patient within an audit. Note, an ADR anonymises the patient data.

In order to send Informatica an ADR:

• Within the audit which you’re querying highlight the patient 

• Click on the down arrow under the data button in the top menu

• Select email data

• Type in your email address if this hasn't been populated

• Add a description regarding the query

• Click on send
