What Are Dashboards
Overview
One of the major features of Skyline is the ability to display Dashboards showing information from the analysis of patient data. Dashboards can be tables or a variety of different graphs depending on the data being looked at. They can show trends, cumulative totals, counts and percentages. Depending on the user the Dashboards shown can be based on a single practice’s data or on the data from a group of practices.
Common Functionality
The list of available dashboards for each solution can be seen under the Dashboards section for that solution. Where a controls section appears above the main data display clicking on that section will reveal user-configurable filters to further refine the data display.
To download the data displayed click on the data display. This will show an additional menu just outside the top right-hand corner of the data display. Clicking on the three dots (…) at the bottom of the menu will give options to "Export to CSV" and to "Export to Excel". Clicking on the appropriate option will trigger the download process.
Practice Dashboards
These show data that is specific to the practice population only. Some dashboards such as the Decision Support dashboard in the Administration solution may contain information about identified patients.
CCG/Public Health Dashboards
These show data from all practices in the CCG or Public Health Area. Controls are available so that individual practices or groups of practices can be displayed. The controls options must be enabled by clicking in the controls section. Practice NHS codes can be entered into the NHS code box, each code on a new line.
